Phase One: Pre-construction

Before any construction begins, plans for project are developed by an appointed architect, finalized and submitted to the municipal building permit office for review. Permits may be required for all or some of the following work: building, electrical, plumbing, septic system and sewer connection.

Schedule control

Schedule control includes four steps

1. Analyzing the schedule determine which areas may be need and then apply corrective action.
2. Deciding what specific corrective actions should be taken.
3. Revising the plan to incorporate the chosen corrective actions.
4. Recalculating the schedule to evaluate the efforts of the planned corrective actions.
